We are currently seeking a Casual Reservations Agent to join our team.
As a Reservations Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, creating exceptional first impressions and helping to shape memorable stays before our guests even arrive. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will play an important role in delivering personalised service, driving revenue opportunities, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from enquiry through to arrival.
