The Team Leader is responsible for providing quality social and vocational support services while supervising and developing a team of support workers. They must ensure service user needs are met according to individual plans and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have previous experience in a care setting and hold or be working towards an NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly are essential for this role.

33hrs per week worked on a rotational basis - shifts are:
9am to 4pm x1 day per week
8am to 9pm x2 days per week
Shifts are subject to change to meet the needs of the service
