The VP of Tax is responsible for defining and executing the global tax strategy to support business growth and operational excellence. This includes overseeing income tax accounting, compliance, risk management, and leading tax transformation initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 12-15+ years of progressive tax experience in multinational organizations. Deep expertise in ASC 740, U.S. federal, state, and Canadian tax laws is essential, and a CPA is strongly preferred.
The Vice President, Tax is a senior finance leader responsible for setting and executing the global tax strategy. This role provides short- and long-term strategic direction and objectives, as well as general support to the core business to ensure the company’s tax posture supports business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives—including supply chain evolution, M&A, and portfolio innovation—while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on financial results, risk management, and long‑term value creation reporting to the SVP, Treasury & Tax, and leading a global team.
