Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of event management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with alignment with the organization's faith-based mission.

The Development Events Manager serves a key role ensuring the seamless execution of strategic donor events. Responsibilities include working with the Engagement Team and supporting the fundraisers to organize and execute high-quality Ministry-wide events designed to connect, cultivate, solicit, or steward donors and prospective donors of K-LOVE in a manner that reflects the culture, values, and vision of the organization.
