Founded in 2018, Precision Security Team (PST) is a veteran-owned and operated contract security provider serving Northern Colorado and surrounding regions. We protect critical infrastructure, social service programs, schools, and events, and take pride in delivering high-quality, community-centered security solutions.
As a trusted security partner, PST officers represent our clients with professionalism and dedication, working in diverse environments that support both safety and client mission goals.
We are hiring an Event Security Supervisor to join our growing team. The Event Security Supervisor provides direct field leadership for assigned events by supervising Event Leads and Security Officers, ensuring compliance with company standards, supporting client needs, and maintaining safe, professional event operations. This position serves as the on-site operational leader, coaching employees, addressing immediate issues, and ensuring successful execution of event plans established by the Events Operations Manager.
• Supervise assigned event operations from setup through breakdown.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Event Leads and Security Officers.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients during assigned events.
• Conduct spot checks and field inspections.
• Issue and collect radios, drumsticks, traffic control equipment, PPE, and other assigned equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with the Events Operations Manager.
Other Duties: Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
