The Bankruptcy Specialist handles inbound calls to resolve inquiries and processes bankruptcy-related documents such as notices, discharges, and proof of claims. They are also responsible for researching unidentified payments and communicating with internal teams, vendors, and legal entities.
Candidates must have a High School or GED diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a call center or administrative role. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and research skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Hands on training in both bankruptcy and OneMain Financial processes is provided in the role.
