Edina Country Club is hiring a Lead Host to support our dining operations and provide welcoming, organized, and high-quality guest experience. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy member interaction, have strong organizational skills, and can lead front-of-house flow during service.
The Lead Host is primarily responsible for managing the host stand, overseeing seating strategy, and ensuring smooth and efficient dining room operations. This role works closely with managers and service staff to maintain balanced sections, accurate waiting times, and a positive experience for members and guests. The Lead Host may also provide guidance and support to other host team members during service.
Other duties as assigned.

From its inception in 1923 as the Thorpe Country Club, the Edina Country Club has remained an integral part of its member's lifestyle.
