The groomer provides professional pet styling services including bathing, trimming, and specialty care while maintaining a clean and safe environment. They are responsible for engaging with pet parents, educating them on products, and ensuring a positive experience during check-in and check-out.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 6 months of professional pet grooming experience. The role requires physical stamina to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, along with proficiency in breed-standard grooming techniques.

We are professionally committed to being your resource for all aspects of pet ownership including health and nutrition, training, grooming and the latest in general pet care. As a Groomer, you help make a difference in the lives of pets by providing customers with an upscale pet styling experience to improve the look and feel of a pet’s physical appearance. Depending on the incumbent’s professional grooming experience, level of role and scheduling, the following grooming services may be performed: bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, cutting or trimming hair/fur, gland expression, brushing teeth, nail clipping and grinding, and other specialty services.
The incumbent must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

50% Commission vs. Supplemental Pay Rate
Estimated $60,000 - $100,000+ Annually DOE/DOQ
Annual wage will vary based on hours worked, commission, and location.
