Candidates need at least one year of experience in leasing or contracts and an associate's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong attention to detail are required.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support TEN’s commercial leasing operations through the preparation, review, administration, and lifecycle management of lease contracts and related commercial agreements.
