The STNA provides direct resident care, including assessments and the implementation of care plans under the direction of a Case Manager. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality hospice services while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.
Candidates must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification and be CPR certified. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a patient-facing environment.

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) position works under the direction of a Case Manager. Responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents by resident assessments, and care plans and as directed by nursing management. The STNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care for residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
