Responsible for the overall maintenance, cleaning, and tidiness of facility offices, restrooms, and hangar areas. This includes coordinating contractors, performing GSE maintenance, and ensuring compliance with facility permits and regulations.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to communicate in English. Candidates must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and be able to obtain an Airport ID Badge.

The Facility Maintenance Operator is responsible for the overall maintenance of the working space for the business, cleaning the facility offices, restrooms, partial areas of the hangar, removing debris, and keeping all areas neat and tidy.
This is a part time position working 22 hours per week, the schedule will be as follows;
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday
10am-2pm 10am-2pm 10am-2pm 10am-2pm Off Off 12pm-6pm
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $19.00-$20.00 hourly which is equivalent to $39,520- $41,600 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
