The specialist performs system fault analysis and manages the efficient flow of goods and services to support ground-based radar maintenance. Responsibilities include executing standard logistic processes, supply chain coordination, and integrated product support for the US Space Force.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 5 years of professional experience, and a Secret security clearance. Experience with inventory management systems and worldwide shipping/receiving is required.
SAIC seeks a motivated Logistics Support Specialist for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. The Logistics Analyst Sr will continually harmonize on-site support activities with the with the other GMASS program teams (e.g., Integrated Product Support, Depot Maintenance, etc.).
