The Patient Care Coordinator manages daily clinic operations, including greeting patients, scheduling referrals, and verifying insurance. They are responsible for collecting payments and maintaining an organized front office to support clinic growth.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and multitasking abilities. The role requires the ability to work independently and handle physical tasks such as sitting for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.

The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
