Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience driving organizational change management and challenging established norms to implement new technical initiatives.

Proven experience in asset identification and management, including physical inventories and lifecycle analyses.
Experience performing obsolescence assessments and developing modernization strategies for aging infrastructure in a Government, defense, or high-tempo operational environment.

Experience preparing technical reports, tracking dashboards, and briefings for leadership or Government customers.
Strong analytical skills supporting criticality assessments and physical vulnerability evaluation.
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and balancing competing operational priorities.
