Apoyar la gestión de los proyectos editoriales de Macmillan México mediante el seguimiento operativo de cronogramas, presupuestos y herramientas de control, proporcionando información y reportes oportunos que faciliten la ejecución eficiente de los proyectos editoriales.
Apoyar al área de Operaciones Editoriales en la definición, seguimiento y control de los proyectos editoriales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos en términos de alcance, tiempos y costos.
Colaborar con los responsables de los proyectos editoriales para integrar, actualizar y consolidar tableros de control y reportes de seguimiento.
Elaborar, mantener y actualizar las herramientas de gestión asignadas (cronogramas, tableros, checklists, directorios y otros instrumentos de control).
Dar seguimiento al avance de los proyectos editoriales e identificar desviaciones, reportándolas oportunamente a la Coordinación de Operaciones Editoriales.
Apoyar en el seguimiento y control de los presupuestos editoriales y de gastos, asegurando el registro y conciliación de la información correspondiente.
Mantener información actualizada, organizada y disponible para facilitar la toma de decisiones y el control operativo del área.
Colaborar con distintas áreas involucradas en los proyectos editoriales para asegurar una comunicación efectiva y el cumplimiento de entregables.
Carreras afín: Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía y Contaduría, Project Management (con enfoque administrativo o de proyectos)
De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de apoyo a la gestión, seguimiento o control de proyectos.
Experiencia en elaboración y actualización de cronogramas, reportes de avance y tableros de control.
Deseable experiencia en entornos editoriales, de contenidos, educativos o en organizaciones con múltiples proyectos simultáneos.
Experiencia básica en seguimiento administrativo de proyectos (control de entregables, tiempos y presupuestos).
Fundamentos de gestión de proyectos (planeación, seguimiento, control y cierre).
Elaboración y manejo de cronogramas y planes de trabajo.
Integración de reportes de estatus y tableros de control.
Conocimientos básicos de seguimiento presupuestal y control de gastos asociados a proyectos.
Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas de apoyo a la gestión (listas, dashboards, documentos compartidos).
Deseable conocimiento de procesos editoriales o flujos de trabajo de contenidos.
