Build and scale the RV Sales business across North America. Lead the commercial strategy behind the sale of hundreds of campervans and motorhomes across the United States and Canada while owning profitability, growth, and operational excellence for one of Indie Campers' fastest-growing business units. As our Head of RV Sales - North America, you will own the commercial strategy, profitability, and growth of the RV Sales business across the United States and Canada. You will oversee B2B, B2C, and auction sales channels, build a high-performing commercial organization, and develop the partnerships, processes, and capabilities required to maximize fleet remarketing performance across the region
