The technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair infrastructure systems including HVAC, chilled water distribution, pumps, and building automation controls. They are responsible for providing 24/7 facility coverage, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous plant operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or associate degree along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of OSHA safety standards are also required.

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
