The Operations Supervisor manages daily driver operations, routing, and field inspections to ensure safety and efficiency. They are also responsible for P&L reviews and overseeing environmental, DOT, and OSHA compliance programs.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in the trash industry, and knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA guidelines. A Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one within 90 days is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
