Lead the end-to-end creator marketing lifecycle for the RuneScape franchise to drive player growth and community engagement. Develop strategic partnerships across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok to deliver measurable commercial results.
Requirements
Requires proven experience in gaming influencer marketing with a strong network of creators and agencies. Must possess strong commercial acumen to manage budgets and measure success through acquisition and ROI KPIs.
Full job description
Office location: Cambridge, UK – This position offers flexible working options, including predominantly remote work. However, applicants should be based (or be willing to relocate) within a comfortable commuting distance of our office to attend onsite as required.
Are you a marketing expert who knows how to build authentic partnerships with external creators and influencers that excite players and deliver measurable commercial results?
As Senior Creator Marketing Manager at Jagex, you'll lead creator marketing across the entire RuneScape franchise, including Old School RuneScape, RuneScape, and RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Working closely with Product Marketing and Community teams, you'll develop and execute creator campaigns that fuel player growth, deepen community engagement, and bring our games to new audiences around the world.
This is a high-impact role with global scope, combining strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery. From identifying the perfect creators to negotiating partnerships, launching campaigns, and reporting performance, you'll own the entire creator marketing lifecycle while building long-term relationships that strengthen the RuneScape brand.
What you'll be doing:
Develop creator marketing strategies that support the unique goals and audiences of RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, and RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
Lead end-to-end creator campaigns, from briefing, budgeting, and creator selection through to negotiation, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Build campaigns across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms, selecting the right creators for each audience and objective.
Develop long-term relationships with creators, ensuring partnerships remain authentic and continue beyond individual campaigns.
Deliver campaigns that drive meaningful business outcomes, including Membership growth, game downloads, Wishlists, and player acquisition.
Leverage existing creator and celebrity relationships while identifying new partnership opportunities that broaden the reach of the RuneScape franchise.
Scout influential creators and well-known RuneScape fans beyond the traditional gaming space.
Partner with Paid Media teams to amplify creator campaigns and maximise performance.
Work with agencies, creator networks, and external partners while maintaining ownership of key creator relationships within Jagex.
Measure campaign success through clear KPIs and reporting, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Stay ahead of creator, platform, and cultural trends, identifying new opportunities before they become mainstream.
What we're looking for:
Strong proven experience in Creator & Influencer Marketing within the gaming industry.
A well-established network of creators, agencies, talent managers, and industry contacts.
Proven experience planning and delivering creator campaigns from concept through to performance reporting, with demonstrable commercial results.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns across several products simultaneously.
Experience owning creator marketing budgets and optimising spend against measurable business objectives.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience measuring success through acquisition, conversion, ROI, and other commercial KPIs.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing creator partnerships.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving creator landscape across long-form, livestreaming, and short-form content.
What we offer:
When you join Jagex you can look forward to a generous Perks & Benefits package including:
25 days annual leave + Bank holidays & the option to buy/sell holidays + so much more!
Inclusion & Accessibility Statement
We are committed to providing equal opportunities and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and we recruit, develop, and promote based on merit and ability.

Right to Work Statement
