Job Description:
In the Renewals Manager role you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for a portfolio of named accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive customer retention and expansion by ensuring timely renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. You will work closely with the Technical Success team and Sales teams to mitigate risks and deliver accurate forecasts. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with some oversight.
