The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) team helps patients access Sanofi therapies by providing reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. As Associate Director, Patient Support Services Analytics - Rare Disease, you will execute comprehensive analytics that drive decision-making for Rare Disease therapeutic area programs. Reporting to the Director of PSS Analytics, you'll lead offshore analytics teams through project delivery, develop KPI dashboards and reporting solutions, and partner with Commercial and PSS stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that improve patient access and program performance.

Main Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive analytics on patient journey, conversion, adherence, and program performance for Rare Disease; translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations for Commercial and PSS stakeholders.
Lead offshore analytics team through day-to-day project delivery, providing business context, analytical direction, and quality oversight; ensure deliverables meet standards for timeliness, accuracy, and business fit.
Ensure KPI dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI are continuously evolved to remain fit for business purpose, partnering with the PSS Business Intelligence Team to leverage analytical best practices and deliver reliable, actionable insights to Rare Disease program teams.
Perform ad-hoc and strategic analyses to proactively identify opportunities, barriers, and trends in patient access and program performance; support the Monthly TA Performance Review with data-driven insights.
Partner with Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Market Access) and PSS (Operations, Affordability, Strategy & Operations) teams to understand business needs and co-develop analytics solutions that drive program optimization and evidence-based measurement of PSS program impact.
Leverage advanced analytics techniques and AI-augmented tools to enhance analytical depth and efficiency; evaluate model outputs and translate findings into business context.
Ensure data quality, governance, and validation standards across all analytical outputs; collaborate with data management teams to maintain reliable data sources.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics, with ability to execute complex analyses and translate findings into business recommendations.
Hands-on proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; minimum of 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) with basic competency in Power BI report writing required to express analytical ideas visually to stakeholders.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with pharmaceutical data sources, including specialty pharmacy data, CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce), and claims data; understanding of patient support services operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead project delivery and collaborate with offshore analytics teams, providing business context and ensuring quality, timeliness, and business fit of deliverables; minimum of 3 years of experience in project or team leadership.
Experience working directly with Commercial and/or PSS stakeholders as the analytics expert, with the ability to understand business needs and deliver insights that drive decision-making; minimum of 3 years of stakeholder collaboration experience.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, patient journey analysis, and conversion/adherence analytics; familiarity with AI-augmented analytics tools valued.
At least one year of rare disease experience strongly preferred
