The counselor is responsible for managing a resident caseload, providing individual and group counseling, and overseeing clinical treatment programming. They also ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field and possess at least three years of counseling experience. A valid CASAC certification and a New York State driver’s license are required.
