The intern will support the Construction Management team by performing routine tasks and assisting in project coordination from conception to final plans. They will also collect data, utilize engineering software, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, with a preference for those who have completed their sophomore year. Proficiency in AutoCAD or 3D modeling software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

As an intern on our Construction Management team, you will be an integral part of projects and support key members of our team. Our internship program provides all interns an opportunity to meet with leadership and work with mentors on both professional and technical development. We also have a lot of fun – between company events, intern socials, and team bonding, our interns become a part of our ONE C&S mentality.
Perform, under close supervision, routine aspects of Construction Management, requiring knowledge and application of principles learned in course of study.
May use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform tasks.
Collect and prepare data for evaluation.
Assist in the coordination of projects from conception (feasibility) through final plan preparations.
Provide support to staff members as needed.
Utilize safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.
Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department as soon as identified.
Estimated Compensation Range: $17.00-$23.00/hour
Actual compensation may vary based on prior internship experience, current academic year, degree program, certifications, and geographical location.
