Develop and deliver lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer activation, engagement, and retention. Lead the customer communication strategy for a major digital banking transformation project across multiple digital and traditional channels.
Requires demonstrated experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and experience in regulated industries like banking or insurance is highly desired.
As our highly valued Customer Lifecycle Manager based in Brisbane or Sydney, your role will develop and deliver lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer activation, engagement, retention and advocacy, while leading the customer communication strategy for one of the Bank's largest digital transformation programs.
This is a 12 month max term contract.
This is more than a CRM or campaign management role. You'll play a pivotal role in one of the Bank's most significant customer transformation initiatives, ensuring every customer communication is timely, relevant and supports a seamless digital experience.
Working across Marketing, Technology, Enterprise Delivery and Customer Experience, you'll bring together strategy, customer insight and commercial thinking to design lifecycle programs that genuinely influence customer behaviour. You'll have the opportunity to shape how millions of customer interactions are planned, delivered and optimised.
