ENT experience to include clinic and hospital EM services as well as office and hospital procedures.
OB/GYN to include clinic and hospital visits for pre- and post-partum care as well as delivers and general OB/GYN services outside of pregnancies.
Maternal Fetal Monitoring (MFM) billing
In addition to the required experience above, ideal candidates will have experience with clinic and hospital visits in at least two of the following specialties:
Wound Care
Behavioral Health
Gastrointestinal
Infectious Disease
General Surgery
Trauma Surgery
Colorectal Surgery
Neurology
Neurosurgery
Neuro Intervention
Primary Care/Family Medicine

Must be comfortable moving across specialties regularly. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Professional Fee (Pro Fee) Medical Coder with a minimum of 5 years of multi-specialty coding experience in both clinic and hospital settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong coding expertise across several medical specialties and demonstrate the ability to transition seamlessly between specialties based on business needs.
This position requires advanced knowledge of professional fee coding, evaluation and management (E/M) services, surgical procedures, and specialty-specific coding guidelines. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires regular movement across multiple service lines.

Review provider documentation to ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and appropriate reimbursement.
Code clinic visits, hospital visits, surgical procedures, and specialty services across multiple service lines.
Apply payer-specific and regulatory coding guidelines.
Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and revenue cycle teams to resolve coding-related questions.
Maintain productivity and quality standards while managing multiple specialty work queues.
Participate in coding education, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Adapt to changing workflows and specialty assignments as operational needs evolve.
