Starting Wages at $20.30/hr.
As a Lead Housekeeper, you are to ensure that each of the resident’s homes, as well as our community’s common areas, are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. This is not your standard housekeeping position – at Touchmark, you have the daily opportunity to build long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call this community “home!”
Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
Ensure residents homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members
Key requirements of this position:
Patient tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public
Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks
Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
Willingness to work holidays and weekends
In addition to the housekeeping duties, you will be expected to be a first responder in the event of an emergency situation (First responder training and CPR/First Aid certification will be provided)
