The Community Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring team members to ensure the successful operation of a multi-million dollar property asset. They are expected to teach, train, and foster a positive team environment while managing budgets and daily operations.
Candidates must have prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, or retail, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2-3 years of residential property management experience preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $73,000 - $89,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
