The Registered Behavior Technician will provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings while implementing individualized treatment and behavior reduction plans. They are also responsible for maintaining precise client records and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members.
Candidates must hold a current and valid RBT certificate and possess at least a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders is required, along with the physical ability to lift and carry patients.
