The Sales Associate creates memorable customer experiences through authentic engagement and storytelling while acting as an expert in sustainable fashion. They are responsible for driving sales results and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience between the store and ecommerce platforms.
Candidates should have experience in direct-to-consumer retail and be adept with technology and apps. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for knowing our product inside and out and will be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style.
