The Sales Associate creates memorable customer experiences through authentic engagement and storytelling. They are responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of sustainable fashion and driving sales results within the retail environment.
Candidates should have experience in direct-to-consumer retail and be adept with technology and omnichannel platforms. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for knowing our product inside and out and will be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style.
