The Sales & Service Lead is responsible for driving sales targets, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and managing daily store operations. They will lead, coach, and develop the store team while ensuring effective floor coverage and business execution.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment and proven leadership capabilities. The role requires the physical ability to move around the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-lead environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including “Black Friday” until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.
