Registered Nurse Case Managers provide medical assistance and serve as the central point of communication within an interdisciplinary team. They build trusting relationships with patients and families to ensure dignity and comfort during end-of-life care.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of prior skilled nursing experience and an active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license. A current driver's license and auto liability coverage are also required.
