Job Summary Provides general follow up and dedicated customer service on the export documentation belonging to the assigned accounts according to customer’s requirements and MSC’s policies. Facilitates the approach between clients and MSC USA, acting as a first point of contact for any inquiry related to Export Documentation. Key Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.
