Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Mempersiapkan dan memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen ekspor seperti Packing List, Invoice, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, COO, MSDS, Phytosanitary Certificate, fumigasi, dan dokumen lainnya yang diperlukan.
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait (penjualan, produksi, logistik) untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman ekspor.
Mengelola dan memelihara arsip dokumen ekspor secara sistematis.
Memastikan semua transaksi ekspor mematuhi peraturan bea cukai dan persyaratan perdagangan internasional.
Berkomunikasi dengan forwarder, agen pengiriman, dan pihak ketiga lainnya untuk mengatur jadwal pengiriman dan pelacakan kargo.
Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah terkait dokumen ekspor atau pengiriman.
Melaporkan status pengiriman ekspor secara berkala kepada manajemen.
Memastikan semua data ekspor tercatat dengan akurat dalam sistem perusahaan.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan**
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari segala jurusan, diutamakan dari jurusan terkait Logistik, Manajemen Transportasi, atau Bisnis Internasional.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang dokumentasi ekspor, diutamakan dari industri serupa.
Memahami dengan baik prosedur dan regulasi ekspor-impor serta dokumen-dokumen terkait.
Mahir menggunakan komputer (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan target waktu yang ketat.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
