The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory and managing the sales pipeline. They must also maintain CRM data, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide support to the overseas network regarding sales leads.
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience as a sales hunter in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
