The Business Development Manager will establish and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory while managing the sales pipeline in the CRM system. They are responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and providing strategic support to the overseas network regarding sales leads.
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 years of experience as a sales hunter in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, is required.
