The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising the shift team, overseeing facility equipment inspections, and ensuring smooth daily operations. They also manage incident reporting, conduct systems analysis, and verify compliance with standard and emergency operating procedures.
Candidates must hold a college degree in a relevant engineering field and possess valid high/low voltage and air conditioning operation certificates. At least 3 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance is required, along with strong fault diagnosis and team management skills.
