The Machinist will operate CNC turning and milling equipment to produce accurate metal parts while adhering to safety and quality standards. They are responsible for interpreting machining programs, performing manual rework, and maintaining tools and machinery to ensure efficient workflow.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school or vocational education and at least 2 years of experience in CNC operations. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and using precision measuring instruments is required.

Anda akan bekerja di area produksi.

Sebagai seorang Machinist Anda akan:
Mengoperasikan peralatan mesin, termasuk mesin CNC (Computer Numeric Code).
Melakukan berbagai operasi pada bagian logam, seperti pembentukan benda kerja pada mesin bubut horizontal dan vertikal.
Menginterpretasikan program pemesinan, tata letak pahat, instruksi yang dikodekan, dan cetakan sesuai kebutuhan untuk mengoperasikan mesin.
Mengoperasikan mesin secara manual untuk melakukan pengerjaan ulang dan operasi yang terlewat.
Memeriksa sendiri pekerjaan sesuai standar yang dipersyaratkan dari cetakan yang telah disediakan.
Mematuhi standar keamanan dan kualitas.
Mematuhi program 5S dan inisiatif peningkatan bisnis lainnya.
Menunjukkan perilaku yang sesuai dengan Nilai-Nilai kita dalam Tindakan di Caterpillar.
Memastikan semua proses didokumentasikan dengan benar dan diperiksa secara berkala untuk memastikan kepatuhan.
Memastikan pemeliharaan perkakas, mesin, dan aliran pekerjaan berjalan lancar.
Pendidikan minimum Sekolah Menengah Atas atau Kejuruan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimum 2 tahun bekerja dalam bidang CNC (Computer Numeric Code).
Mampu menghubungkan dimensi cetak biru dengan program mesin CNC (Computer Numeric Code).
Kemampuan untuk menafsirkan GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Memahami dan dapat menggunakan alat ukur seperti jangka sorong, pengukur ketinggian, persegi, busur derajat, mikrometer dalam, luar, dan kedalaman, pengukur permukaan, blok vee, palang sejajar, blok pengukur, indikator dial, dan alat ukur lainnya.
Bersedia bekerja shift.
