Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and evaluate strategic options.
• Support the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare clear, structured, and actionable reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to anticipate business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Assist in scenario planning and strategic risk analysis to support business sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or market research (fresh graduates with strong exposure are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
