Assign installation crews based on project requirements, crew availability, geographic location, and skill set to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with customers, property managers, warehouse operations, and installation teams to ensure materials and labor are available as scheduled.
Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules to address delays, emergency requests, and changing business priorities.
Resolve customer and installer scheduling issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track crew productivity, work order completion, and scheduling accuracy while ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scheduling processes, increase operational efficiency, and support overall business objectives.
5+ years of experience working in a distribution center.
2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
