Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field and at least seven years of HR experience. A minimum of five years of experience administering HR in a unionized environment is required.

MV Transportation is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the HR functions at our transit client sites. In this position, the ideal candidate may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: organizational change, employee relations, succession and talent management, recruiting, training, employment, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. They have overall responsibility ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HR Director also works with Union leadership to resolve any issues and provides guidance to the management team as it relates to progressive discipline actions.
