Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in market research or financial analysis and have 3-5 years of experience in the aviation spare parts industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to build mathematical models using statistical methods are required.

Summary:
The Director, Sales directs and oversees the sales policies, objectives, and initiatives for JMI. Additionally, the role sets short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs. Also, the job recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, manages the sales team and creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sales team.

While performing the responsibilities of the Director, Engine Programs, you will be seated at a desk, using a phone and computer, the majority of your workday. Less than 5% of your job duties will require the ability to: walk long distances, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The noise level is usually low, as consistent with an office environment. At times, some light lifting may be required, up to 25 lbs. These job duties are performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
