The Leasing Account Executive is responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for full-service leases, contract maintenance, and rentals. As a Commercial Truck Lease Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and growing revenue through full-service lease, contract maintenance, and commercial truck rental solutions. This is an outside sales role focused on helping fleet customers improve operations through strategic truck leasing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and secure new commercial truck leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities within an assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and increase fleet leasing revenue.
Extend and renew existing lease agreements before or upon contract expiration.
Identify customer transportation needs and recommend appropriate leasing, rental, and maintenance solutions.
Develop proposals including pricing, availability, product applications, and credit terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial truck leasing customers.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional fleet services and equipment.
Consistently meet or exceed lease and rental sales goals.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and territory development.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business preferred.
Three years of business to business sales experience.
Two or more years of leasing and rental sales, experience or sales support role with high level exposure to customers, preferably in a transportation-selling environment.
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Skilled in the operation of a variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Hold a strong knowledge of commercial trucks.
