The Dispatch Specialist coordinates roadside assistance by dispatching service calls to fleet technicians and partners while providing empathetic support to members. They are responsible for prioritizing calls based on urgency and maintaining clear documentation to ensure efficient service resolution.
Candidates must possess strong communication and technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously. The role requires the ability to remain calm under pressure and the flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.

Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential.
Important note: This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduled—including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.
