The Logistics Coordinator manages asset utilization and driver schedules to ensure efficient freight delivery and fleet profitability. They also provide coaching and administrative support to drivers while coordinating with maintenance and management to resolve operational issues.
Candidates must have prior logistical or planning experience and strong geographical knowledge of time and distance requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a college degree preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Shift: Wednesday 10:00am-4:00pm. Thursday-Saturday 4:00am-4:00pm

The Logistics Coordinator is at the very center of a fast-paced strategic environment. Our customers require individuals who think strategically and plan ahead of rapidly changing situations while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude. Logistics Coordinators must be organized and engaged with the team.
Position Responsibilities:
The Logistics Coordinator key responsibilities are to manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure a high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator assists, coaches and mentors' drivers with all training and administrative items.
