Description
Under the direction of the Office Manager; responsible to provide safe transportation for patients of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown in a timely, competent manner. Activities include transporting patients to and from their homes to FHH for appointments for primary care, dental care, and behavioral health services. Responsible for ensuring vehicle maintenance is current and ongoing. Supports and follows through with the vision, mission, goals and objectives of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown.
Requirements
Works in a well-equipped vehicle. May be required to drive in a variety of weather conditions. Must have manual dexterity to perform all requirements of the job. May require the use of repetitive action, forearm rotational movement, writing, simple grasping, fine manipulating, power grip, pushing, lifting, pulling.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions including, but not limited to sitting for extended periods of time, standing, walking, stooping/bending, kneeling, and lifting. Normal vision and hearing required.
Frequent periods of concentration and attention to details with frequent opportunity for diversification of tasks. Frequent interruptions. Sensory requirements include the ability to articulate and comprehend the spoken English language, in addition to being able to read and write the English language.
