Le coordinateur bilingue de la maintenance du flotte est chargé de coordonner et d'exécuter les activités de maintenance et de réparation des véhicules de la flotte, de veiller au respect des normes, de réduire au minimum les temps d'immobilisation et de répondre aux besoins opérationnels. Ce poste implique la gestion des calendriers de maintenance préventive, des bons de travail et des relations avec les fournisseurs, tout en tenant à jour des registres précis dans le système de gestion de flotte (Ultimo et/ou Truckmate). Un aspect essentiel de ce poste consiste à fournir aux fournisseurs des bons de commande approuvés avant le début des travaux de maintenance ou de réparation, sur la base de devis validés, et à surveiller les écarts entre les devis et les coûts réels afin de maîtriser les dépenses. Pour réussir dans cette fonction, il faut posséder de solides compétences organisationnelles, le souci du détail et la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs externes dans un environnement dynamique.Planifier et coordonner la maintenance préventive (MP) et les contrôles techniques des véhicules utilitaires (CVI) pour l'ensemble du parc automobile.
Intervenir en cas de panne sur la route et organiser rapidement les réparations d'urgence.
Suivre les rapports de défauts EDVIR liés à la maintenance et veiller à ce que des mesures correctives soient prises en temps opportun.
Créer et gérer les bons de travail dans les systèmes de gestion de flotte (Ultimo ou Truckmate).
Tenir à jour des profils d'actifs précis et un historique détaillé de la maintenance.
Valider l'intégrité des données pour faciliter la conformité, le reporting et la prise de décision financière.
Fournir aux fournisseurs les bons de commande approuvés avant le début des travaux de maintenance ou de réparation, en veillant à ce qu'ils correspondent aux devis validés.
Vérifier l'exactitude des devis des fournisseurs et faire remonter les demandes d'approbation dépassant les seuils de dépenses.
Surveiller les écarts entre les devis et les coûts réels et prendre des mesures correctives pour réduire les divergences.
Veiller à ce que les fournisseurs respectent les accords de niveau de service (SLA) et les normes de l'entreprise.
Servir de liaison principale entre les équipes de gestion de flotte et de répartition des opérations afin d'aligner les calendriers de maintenance sur la planification des chargements.
Communiquer de manière proactive avec les fournisseurs tiers pour confirmer les délais de service et résoudre les problèmes.
Surveiller les boîtes mail partagées dédiées à la maintenance de la flotte et répondre rapidement aux demandes internes et externes.
Fournir des mises à jour en temps opportun aux parties prenantes sur l'état des actifs et l'avancement des réparations.
Examiner les factures faisant l'objet d'un litige afin d'assurer un traitement rapide.
Suivre, contrôler et approuver les devis. Veiller à ce que la réduction des coûts soit une priorité tout en garantissant la qualité du service.
Surveiller activement et saisir les opportunités liées aux garanties.
Assurer le suivi mensuel des charges à payer et des coûts.
Analyser en détail les données historiques de maintenance pour valider les devis et prendre des décisions de réparation rentables.
Identifier les problèmes récurrents et fournir des informations à la direction de la flotte en vue d'une amélioration continue.
Veiller au respect des réglementations DOT/FMCSA ou NSC.
Tenir à jour la documentation pour les audits et les inspections.
Assurer le suivi du resserrage des roues et d'autres tâches critiques pour la sécurité
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la coordination de la maintenance de flotte ou dans un domaine connexe.
Connaissance des tracteurs, remorques, châssis, camions frigorifiques et groupes électrogènes.
Connaissance des réglementations DOT/FMCSA ou NSC.
Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de flotte (Ultimo ou Truckmate).
Solides compétences en organisation et en communication.
Capacité à établir des priorités et à s’adapter dans un environnement dynamique.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; expérience avec des outils de reporting appréciée.
