The mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel-powered fleet vehicles, including major and minor mechanical systems. They must also maintain accurate repair records, collaborate with team members, and ensure all work complies with safety and shop regulations.
Candidates must have experience in heavy truck maintenance and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. A Class B CDL is required or must be obtained within 90 days, and applicants must provide their own personal tools.

Mechanics interested in secure, steady employment are encouraged to apply. Commercial Driver’s license A or B CDL is preferred but not required. Or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment with on the job CDL training. Mechanic tools and tool box required, Shop also has tools onsite to use.
