The Maintenance Supervisor leads daily maintenance operations, including supervising staff and vendors, managing work orders, and overseeing preventive maintenance programs. They also partner with Property Management to ensure regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and high-quality resident service.
Candidates must have at least five years of multifamily maintenance experience and three years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in building systems and property management software.
Position Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is a key part of each community's success and is responsible for leading the daily maintenance operations across Jubilee Housing's affordable housing portfolio. This role supervises maintenance technicians, porters, and vendors, and oversees work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, unit turns, life-safety systems, inventory, budgets, and regulatory compliance — all while partnering with Property Management to provide safe, quality housing and excellent resident service. From HVAC to plumbing to unit turns, the Maintenance Supervisor has a hand in every apartment and every resident's satisfaction.
