Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactory with or without reasonable accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience: Certified HVAC, refrigeration, or kitchen maintenance journeyman rating with ten years’ experience in large commercial or industrial building maintenance in plumbing, painting, HVAC, kitchen maintenance, refrigeration, carpentry, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
